NEW DELHI/TOKYO -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping met Saturday on the sidelines of the BRICS summit in New Delhi, where the leaders emphasized that "differences should not become disputes" and the need to address concerns relating to trade and supply chain issues.
